Day 5 | Protein Shakes - Ytt

Good evening everyone!

Today was a no-class day, but I still took the time to go to a 75 minute combo heat yoga (at a different studio, don't yell at me Cody...I like to switch it up a bit sometimes >.<).

I made a meal/shake before hitting the studio, with a new vegetable based protein mix I wanted to try out, Plnt by V "Plant Protein".

I made my shake by adding:
1. 1 scoop protein powder
2. 1/4th cup of dry oatmeal
3. 1 tablespoon peanut butter
4. A dap of honey

I like to keep it simple and light, sometimes I add fruit like banana, raspberries or blueberries.

 I'm wondering if anyone else has reviews on certain meal replacements they like? Or favorite recipes? I'd love to hear feedback below in the comments!
