Day 6 | Progress - Ytt

Today was one of those "push yourself to the limits" kind of days.
My muscles are definitely in fatigue but I made it through another class, week 3, with yoga 6 out of 7 days, one day of rest. Not sure if I regret starting this work out discipline two weeks early before the program started or not, but, as they say, "pain is weakness leaving the body" (I hope they are right!).

On a happy note, my wonderful yoga teacher Patience helped take progress photos of me today and a video (high quality iPhone-ography, hehe), a starting point to which I can look back at three months from now! I'm hoping to make some nice progress in the realm of flexibility and arm balance, inversion strength; we will see! :D

Last but not least, my daily gratitude entry:
I am grateful for my wonderful yoga teacher Patience, for pushing me to my limits and taking the time out of her day to help with my goals <3
2ndly, I am SO grateful for the photography award I won today and for the people that helped make that a possibility, you can check that out under my "photography" blog section, if you have not heard the news :D
